Alan Brazil has just given his score prediction for Man City vs Liverpool this weekend

Alan Brazil has tipped Liverpool to not come away with three points this weekend when the Reds travel to Manchester City.

The Anfield side face their biggest game of the season so far when Liverpool head to the Etihad Stadium, with Jurgen Klopp set to be without key players like Ibrahima Konate and Andy Robertson.

And Brazil now thinks Liverpool will fail to win on Saturday, with the TalkSport pundit saying: “Man City vs Liverpool this weekend, I fancy goals. I fancy 2-2 or even a 3-2 City.”

Whilst City have injury problems of their own, the Etihad has developed into a troublesome away day for Liverpool, with the Reds not winning on the road in the blue half of Manchester in the league since 2015.

And Brazil’s prediction of a draw with a potential City win seems like a safe call, even with the reigning Premier League champions having injuries of their own.

Indeed, Liverpool getting a win in Manchester on Saturday would be quite something, yet City have shown this season that they’re to be taken on having already lost to the likes of Arsenal and Wolves.

For a period, Liverpool were seen as the only club who could beat City, with the Reds recording some famous wins against the English giants in recent years.

Whilst that reputation has now waned, Jurgen Klopp still knows how to take on the big boys in football, and Liverpool need to believe they can get a result at the Etihad on Saturday.

A win will blow open the Premier League title race and put Liverpool firmly in contention for the title, not to mention set up the Anfield side perfectly for the upcoming run of fixtures.

It will take a lot of willpower and maybe even some luck, but Liverpool have been to City and done it numerous times before, now it’s time to believe they can do it again.
